- President Daniela Irrera opened the General Assembly at 17:20
- Members of the board were given an opportunity to abstain from their candidacy for the renewal of the board membership. Abstained people were: Unto Vesa and Daniela Irrera
- The candidates for the board introduced themselves briefly. The candidates received votes as follows:
- Ilaria Tucci (38 votes)
- Anush Petrosyan (35 votes)
- Bram J. De Smet (31 votes)
- Craig Brown (30 votes)
- Jusaima Moaid-Azm Peregrina (30 votes)
- Stephanie Thiel (28 votes)
- Leena Vastapuu (28 votes)
- Iiris Niemelä (22 votes)
- Vidar Vambheim (17 votes)
- IPRA Secretary General Matt Meyer gave Election Observers Remarks at 18:30. During his speech, he made a public invitation to the Councilor Meeting of IPRA on July 8th and to the General Assembly of IPRA on July 14th
- Tiina Vaittinen announced the voting results. Seven board members were elected: Ilaria Tucci, Bram J. De Smet, Stephanie Thiel, Anush Petrosyan, Leena Vastapuu, Craig Brown, and Jusaima Moaid-Azm Peregrina. Ilaria Tucci was unanimously elected as the President of EuPRA. Ilaria Tucci nominated Iiris Niemelä as the Secretary of EuPRA. The board unanimously accepted it.
